All products we sell come with warranty coverage, but the terms may vary depending on the brand and equipment type. For example, Exigo equipment offers warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years, with lifetime coverage on select frame components.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
We currently offer free shipping across the UK. While we do not typically ship internationally, we may be able to accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis. Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Currently, we operate as an online-only business and do not offer in-person collection. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your delivery address.
This ensures fast, trackable delivery and protects your items during transit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
