At Integral Strength, we’re proud to supply Exigo gym equipment, engineered for high performance and durability. All Exigo products come with a manufacturer-backed warranty that covers material and workmanship defects under normal, intended use. This warranty applies to equipment purchased directly from Integral Strength or any authorised Exigo dealer.

General Gym Equipment:

• ✅ Lifetime Warranty – Main frames, structural steel, and welds
• ✅ 2-Year Warranty – Linear bearings, bronze bushings, selector shafts, weight stacks, pulley wheels, lifting rack attachments, functional rigs, and Olympic rack components
• ✅ 1-Year Warranty – Cable parts, selector pins, handles, end caps, rubber lifting mats (within integrated platforms), underboards, and rubber tiles
• ✅ 180-Day Warranty – Labels, upholstered pads, wraps, and embroidery (normal wear parts)

Outdoor Equipment:

• ✅ 5-Year Warranty – Frame, welds, and structural steel (excluding coatings)
• ✅ 1-Year Warranty – Bronze bushings, linear shafts, and bearings
• ✅ 90-Day Warranty – Selector pin cables, handles, end caps, spring-loaded pins
• ✅ 30-Day Warranty – Labels, pads, wraps, and embroidery (normal wear items)

🚫 Warranty Exclusions:

• Products not made by or purchased from Exigo or authorised partners
• Modified, altered, or misused equipment
• Cosmetic or coating issues from poor maintenance or exposure
• Wear and tear beyond expected use
• Improper mounting or failure to follow Exigo maintenance guidelines

All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be within the stated period. Service is limited to repair or replacement at Exigo’s discretion.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability:

• Loss of revenue or business interruption
• Damage from misuse or incorrect installation
• Replacement due to wear beyond normal expectations

All JORDAN and Jordan Lifting Club (JLC) products come with a minimum 12-month full commercial warranty for the original purchaser, starting from the dispatch date. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please contact the seller directly.
